There is an option for a No-Deal Brexit. In consequence every consignment to and from the UK will be subject to customs declarations.

We manage your UK customs declarations after Brexit

What we need from you:

  • POWER OF ATTORNEY LETTER
    To authorise Kuehne + Nagel to act as your direct representative in the completion of customs declarations, also referred to as Letter of Empowerment (only needs to be completed once)
  • EORI NUMBERS OF RECIPIENT
    The Economic Operators Registration and Identification (EORI) number is a prerequisite for customs clearance of goods the UK
  • INVOICE NUMBER AND CURRENCY
    Included on the commercial invoice
  • CUSTOMS TARIFF NUMBER (HS CODE) OF THE GOODS
    Worldwide uniform classification code of the goods
  • DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
    Concise description of the goods
  • VALUE OF GOODS
    Monetary value of goods and currency to calculate the customs duties and value added tax
  • INCOTERMS
    Agree on Incoterms with your business partners, as they define who is responsible for the customs clearance and associated costs
